WirtschaftsWoche: Rödl & Partner Top Law Firm 2010

Rödl & Partner wins accolades from "WirtschaftsWoche", Germany's largest business magazine, for its services in the field of corporate tax law.
 
With the aid of leading experts, WirtschaftsWoche magazine scrutinised the top lawyers in the area of corporate tax law and made a list of the best ones. Rödl & Partner was voted in the top 25 list.

Although the voting by WirtschaftsWoche is based on subjective opinions, it rests on the outcomes of extensive research. Out of 200 nominees, 40 tax lawyers were advanced to the elite panel. At the end, the jury composed of Wolfgang Tichy, WiWO Editor in Chief, Prof. Felix Hey, Managing Director for publishing house Dr. Otto Schmidt, and Professor Achim Schunder, editor for NJW (Neue Juristische Wochenschrift), assessed the candidates shortlisted for the finals according to four criteria: demonstrable success (weight 25 per cent), many years' expertise (25 per cent), team strength (25 per cent) and specialisation (25 per cent).
