Handicap-accessible public transport

​The legislator foresees that by January 1, 2022 the public transport system is fully compatible for the handicapped. The obligation to plan for this is the responsibility of the public authorities. Those persons affected will have the possibility of taking legal action.
 
The establishment of a handicap accessible public transport network, however, must be possible. The determination of the potential to implement the requirements therefore requires justified consideration. Extensive documentation is worthwhile to avoid court proceedings and also for positive public relations work.
