Rödl & Partner advises Anaxago on their investment in SweepBright

​Paris, 3 July 2020: Rödl & Partner advised the venture capital branch of Paris-based investment platform Anaxago in its fundraising campaign for the capital increase of SweepBright, a Belgian proptech start-up that offers a proprietary SaaS solution that streamlines the operations of real estate agencies.

In the course of the operation, Anaxago was supported by a specialised Rödl & Partner transaction team. Maximilian Egger led the financial due diligence and discussed business plan scenarios with the client. “Maximilian and his team at Rödl & Partner conducted a very informative financial due diligence which in turn helped us validate our investment decision and confirm the quality of the SweepBright management team”, says Alexandre Heraud, Investment Director at Anaxago.

 
The investment campaign was recently concluded with success, attaining its goal of 1.5 million Euro raised via Anaxago as part of a total financing round of 2.5 million Euro. With the new funding, SweepBright will focus on increasing its presence among French real estate agencies, after having already obtained a 10 percent market share in Belgium.
