Rödl & Partner advises CPL Resources Ltd. on the acquisition of personnel services provider neusta consulting

Stuttgart, 29 June 2022: Rödl & Partner has provided comprehensive financial, legal and tax advice to CPL Resources Limited (CPL), a subsidiary of Japan-listed Outsourcing Group, on the acquisition of neusta consulting Group. The closing of the transaction is still subject to antitrust clearance.

Within the scope of the advisory services, CPL was supported by an interdisciplinary transaction team from Rödl & Partner in Stuttgart. The overall project management was carried out by Partner Christoph Hinz (Transaction Services – Financial) and Partner Kai Graf von der Recke (M&A Legal). Partner Diana Fischer was responsible for the tax support.
