Rödl & Partner advises Hengst Filtration on its acquisition of Aeroglass Brasileira S/A Fibras de Vidro

São Paulo​, 28.11.2024: Rödl & Partner advised Hengst Filtration on its acquisition of Aeroglass Brasileira S/A Fibras de Vidro, a Brazilian air filter manufacturer located in Cotia, São Paulo and its branch in Curitiba, Paraná.

 

Rödl & Partner's Brazil transaction services team led by Partner Rafael Martins acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Hengst. Key service areas included buy-side financial due diligence, deal negotiation and purchase contract drafting assistance. The transaction was completed on 31 October 2024.

 

Aeroglass Brasileira S/A Fibras de Vidro, with over 56 years of experience, will play an important role in Hengst’s growth strategy. Their diverse product range complements Hengst’s offerings, enabling increased local production and swift availability of air filters.
