Rödl & Partner advises IECHO on the acquisition of ARISTO Cutting Solutions GmbH

IECHO and ARISTO share the joint objective to combine IECHO’s industry experience in the field of intelligent cutting and its increasingly comprehensive global marketing network with ARISTO’s products and technologies. As part of its long-term development strategy, acquiring ARISTO will broaden IECHO’s product lineup, enhance core competitiveness, and is strategically important to IECHO’s business growth.

In this transaction, IECHO is advised by a German Chinese legal expert team of Rödl & Partner. Stuttgart China Desk headed by Mr. Jiawei Wang is the main responsible partner for the client, and Legal Counsel Ms. Qinglu Shao functions as project leader of the whole Rödl team. On the German side Partner Mr. Thomas Fräbel and Associate Partner Ms. Claudia Geercken from Munich are responsible for the legal due diligence review and advisory in transaction documents.
