Due to globalisation and global service chains, there is an increased risk of being in the focus of investigators in foreign legal systems.
 
Advice in this international context requires not only expertise in national criminal law, but also in international criminal law. One of our key success factors in this area results from cooperations with national and international investigating authorities as well as colleagues abroad. This is especially important as national legal systems often differ from each other in a significant way.
