Rödl & Partner advises KECK GmbH on the acquisition of International Exhibition Services Inc. (“IES”)

Atlanta, Georgia, December 17, 2018: Rödl & Partner has advised KECK GmbH in its acquisition of 100% of the shares of IES, an international trade show and exhibition service provider (Vancouver, Canada). Rödl & Partner's U.S. transaction services-team led by Frank Breitenfeldt acted as the exclusive financial advisor to KECK. Key service areas included buy-side financial due diligence, deal advisory during negotiations and purchase contract drafting assistance. The transaction was completed on September 12, 2018.

This acquisition will strengthen KECK's position in the North American trade show and exhibition market and will allow for future growth through combined knowledge and group synergies.
