Rödl & Partner expands its transaction services in the United Kingdom and opens an office in London

The focus of the service portfolio in London will initially be on transaction advisory. With an experienced local team, Rödl & Partner now offers transaction-related financial buy- and sell-side services in the United Kingdom in addition to its existing legal services under the leadership of Jan Eberhardt and audit services under the leadership of Hans-Peter Raible.

Peter Längle and Christoph Hinz (Team Corporate Finance) are pleased to have acquired the proven deal advisory professional Rishi Daggar for the finance area. “Rishi Daggar has 18 years of experience in financial transaction services, most recently as Director Deal Advisory at KPMG London. Together with the established German Transaction & Valuation Services team, he will intensify the internationalisation of the transaction business.”

In addition to expanding the finance department, new addition Philip Walton will be responsible for Legal Transaction Services. Thanks to his over 13 years of professional experience, he can advise local and international clients on all the legal aspects of corporate transactions.
