Respect for human rights and environmental rights

Respecting human rights and protecting the environment in our business areas and along our supply chains is particularly important to us. The human rights concerned include, for example, the prohibition of child and forced labour;  the right to health and safe working conditions; protection against discrimination and harassment; equal opportunities; diversity and inclusion. Environmental protection includes, among other things, a ban on the manufacture or use of certain products that are hazardous to health.

Your reports play a decisive role in these points, as they help us to continuously review and optimize the current standards in a targeted manner.

Report simply and confidentially

You have the option of reporting violations by telephone, e-mail or in electronic form via the supply chain reporting channel. You can submit information either by providing your contact details or anonymously. For the latter, you will be provided with a secure mailbox to enable further, protected communication.

In principle, all incoming reports are treated in strict confidence. The confidentiality requirement includes the protection of the identity of the whistleblower, the persons who are the subject of the report and other persons named in the report.

Rödl & Partner does not accept any discrimination against whistleblowers and all persons who have contributed to the analysis and processing of the report.

You can use the following link to submit information on potential violations in our supply chain with regard to human rights and environmental protection in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act:
