Rödl & Partner in India hosts event in honor of German Federal Minister Svenja Schulze and German Business Delegation

Gandhinagar (India): On the sidelines of the 4th Global RE-Invest Renewable Energy Investors Meet and Expo, organized by the Ministry of​ New and Renewable Energy, Rödl & Partner, in collaboration with the Make in India Mittelstand (MIIM) program, hosted a high tea event in honor of the German Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Hon’ble​ Ms. Svenja Schulze, and a high-level German business delegation to India. 

 

The event was graced by prominent dignitaries including Mr. Lalit Vohra, Joint Secretary of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India, Dr. Philipp Ackermann, the German Ambassador to India and Bhutan and Mr. Achim Fabig, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Mumbai. The gathering provided a significant platform to highlight the deepening trade, investment, and technological collaboration between India and Germany, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
 
The high tea event served as an excellent networking platform for key stakeholders from both nations. German companies, recognized for their technological prowess and environmental stewardship, are seen as crucial partners in supporting India’s renewable energy ambitions. Similarly, India's rapidly growing renewable energy market presents a ground for German investors to expand their operations and collaborate on innovative, sustainable solutions.

The MIIM program has proven to be a valuable platform for German companies looking to enter the Indian market. By offering structured support and guid​​​ance, the initiative helps businesses navigate regulatory frameworks and find local partners, making the transition smoother.
