Mexico: Contract between Rödl & Partner Mexico and Tecnológico de Monterrey

Rödl & Partner Mexico signs an important contract with the University Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Tecnológico de Monterrey).

Rödl & Partner visits the campus in Puebla and meets with leading representatives of the university. The aim of the meeting is to establish close cooperation between the two institutions by offering students the opportunity to complete an internship in a successful international company.

The Tecnológico de Monterrey is a private, non-profit institution, independent of political and religious parties, with 31 campuses and 21 international liaison offices. Its goal is to train leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit, human competence, and a high level of competitiveness. According to the QS World University Ranking, the university is one of the best private universities in the world and the best private university in Mexico in 2023.

In the past, Rödl & Partner Mexico has already given students of the Tecnológico de Monterrey the opportunity to complete internships in the legal field in order to promote their professional and personal development. In fact, our Associate Partner from the legal area Ms. Liliana Becerra dedicates part of her free time to collaborate directly with those students who are highly interested in launching their professional career since the very beginning by guiding them through the program ENLACE + setting up by the Tecnológico de Monterrey. Due to the exceptional commitment of the interns and the results showed by the students from ENLACE +, they were offered a permanent position in the firm at the end of their internship and today they are an essential part of our team.

This important agreement, signed by our Head of Tax, Roberto González and Jorge Francisco Rocha Orozco, the General Director of the Campus, is the beginning of a significant collaboration and commitment of the firm to provide internships in the different business areas of Rödl & Partner Mexico (Law, Tax, BPO, and Audit), offering the students of the university a unique and educational experience within an international firm. At the same time, the company acts as a potential employer for the students fulfilling its commitment to have the best talents to offer the best company secretarial services to its clients.
