Access Control Function for Company Director Representative/Organisation Administrator Role in MyTax

Starting from 18 February 2025, there will be an access control function for the role of Company Director Representative/Organization Administrator Representative.

Company Directors/Organization Administrators can appoint a Company Director Representative/ Organization Administrator Representative and set access limits as per the following specifications:

Access Limit	Description
Tax	Representative is allowed to access and perform tasks related to taxation only
MyInvois	Representative is allowed to access and perform tasks related to MyInvois only
Tax and MyInvois	Representative is allowed to access and perform tasks related to both, taxation and MyInvois

For existing representatives, the access limit will be automatically set as follows:

Appointment Date	Has a role in MyInvois?	Access Limit
Before 1 July 2024	Yes	Tax and MyInvois
From 1 July 2024 to 18 February 2025	Yes	MyInvois
Before 18 Februay 2025	No	Tax
