​The GEFMA 190 standard states that the management of operator responsibility is a fixed component of modern facility management. However, due to the high complexity and multitude of requirements, many companies feel overextended. There is frequently a lack of the necessary expertise or conceptual approach about what exactly needs to be done. Therefore Rödl & Partner has developed a master plan for operator responsibility. According to the proven plan-do-check-act principle operator duties are identified and systematically implemented and controlled.
