Rödl & Partner Italy and Grimaldi advise TerniEnergia and Italia T1 Roncolo in partnership with LCF Alliance on the sale of PV plants

May 2019: Rödl & Partner Italy and Grimaldi Studio Legale are advisors of the transaction between TerniEnergia and Italia T1 Roncolo (UK), in partnership with LCF Alliance on the sale of 22 PV plants for 23.8 million euros.

TerniEnergia, a smart company listed on the MTA of the Italian Stock Exchange and part of Italeaf Group, and Italia T1 Roncolo S.r.l., an aggregator of photovoltaic plants, in partnership with LCF Alliance, reached an agreement for the sale by TerniEnergia through subsidiary companies and a SPV of 22 photovoltaic plants in Italy with a total power of 19.3 MW. The signing of the contracts and the closing of the transaction is subject to the Investment Committee approval of Italia T1 Roncolo s.r.l., which is carrying out this operation as part of the Group's Relaunch Plan. The Board of Directors of TerniEnergia has already approved the go-ahead for the transaction.

According to the agreement, the closing should take place by 30 November 2019.
