On 22 March 2019 Rödl & Partner Romania hosted in Bucharest a joint M&A workshop for legal, tax and financial experts from Southeastern and Central and Eastern Europe.
 

 
From our Georgian, Moldovan, Turkish and Ukrainian colleagues to our seasoned speakers Mr. Hans-Ulrich Theobald (Czech Republic) and Mr. Florian Kaiser (Germany), Rödl & Partner’s experts shared their international knowledge and expertise on M&A, guiding discussions through the specific aspects of planning and completing a successful transaction.
 
The event also touched upon the firm’s international know-how by offering practice-oriented solutions and ways to strengthen cross-border cooperation for further M&A and other business projects.
