We process personal data in compliance ith the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and all other applicable laws. Where the processing of personal data is required in order to fulfil contractual duties under the client relationship, the processing relies on Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. b) GDPR. In all other cases the processing relies on Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f) GDPR. As far as the processing is being justified by prevailing interests of the controller, the purposes named below serve as such interests.

Where personal data is being processed in order to fulfil duties under the client relationship, the retention period is governed by the circumstances of every individual case and applicable retention periods stipulated by applicable laws. Applicable retention periods may last up to a term of 12 years. Where the processing of personal data is justified by prevailing interests, personal data will be deleted after fulfilling the processing purpose. As long as no interference with the processing purpose occurs, the personal data will be anonymized at the earliest point in time.
If you use the comment function of this App, the comment, the time of the comment and the username will be saved.
When you access our App, your behavior may be statistically analyzed using specific analysis techniques to improve our offerings. These methods are based on online databases (cloud) that synchronize with an App installation whenever there is an internet connection. In the event of offline use of the App, all usage data collected during this period will be stored by the App locally on the respective device and, in the case of an internet connection, loaded into the online databases (cloud). The online databases can be executed and stored on both german and foreign servers and are not operated by the Responsible pParty directly.
