Rödl & Partner advises GI Group Holding on the acquisition of STATO Group in Brazil

São Paulo, May 2022: Rödl & Partner, in cooperation with its trusted law firm partner in Brazil LRI, Advogados, assisted GI Group Holding, based in Milan, Italy, on the acquisition of 100 percent of shares in STATO Group. The target is a service company that provides solutions in career transition (outplacement), executive search and leadership development with 3 subsidiaries in Brazil. The GI Group Holding is a multinational Italian Group recognised as one of the global leaders in solutions dedicated to labour market development.

Rödl & Partner’s team was led by the Head of Corporate Finance Rafael S. Martins from the São Paulo office and advised the client, inter alia, with a Due Diligence (financial, tax and labor due diligence). LRI Advogado’s team was led by the Partners Dr. Nilson Lautenschlager Jr. and Victor C. Toledo.
