Update: Alignment of Transfer Pricing rules with OECD guidelines in Brazil

At the end of 2022, Provisional Measure No. 1.152/2022 was published, which brought new Brazilian transfer pricing rules. Basically, the MP aims to align Brazilian rules with OECD rules.

At the moment, the Provisional Measure awaits presidential sanction to conversion into law. Brief history bellow:

10 May 2023	Approved by the Federal Senate and forwarded to the President's sanction (President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva)
