The Covid-19 pandemic keeps holding sway over the world. With different grades of lockdown and re-opening being in place, supply chains still being disrupted, timelines blurring and physical distancing being an essential part of the “New Normal”, there is a whole new dimension of challenges for businesses to face and master. Many companies are currently working with remote arrangements and facing difficulties in executing documents or dealing with filing formalities. Most of them are unable to attend physical meetings with shareholders, business partners or authorities.
In the course of this session, we will concentrate on the important field of digital contracting and claims management, highlighting the specific pitfalls and opportunities entrepreneurs should consider in their operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
