Opening of the Income Tax Return Campaign for 2024 income

Rödl & Partner Avocats would like to inform its clients that the French Income Tax Return Campaign (concerns only individuals) will begin on 10 April 2025, with the opening of the online filing service on the impots.gouv.fr online portal.

Kalendar

The deadlines for filing the tax returns in paper and online format are the following:

20 May 2025 (inclusive of non-residents)

Deadlines for tax returns in online format

22 May 2025, at 23:59 – Zone 1 (Départements nbr. 1 to 19 and non-residents)
28 May 2025, at 23:59 – Zone 2 (Départements nbr. 20 to 54)
5 July 2025, at 23:59 – Zone 3 (Départements nbr. 55 to 974 and 976)

In the meantime, we recommend that you begin assembling all relevant documentation and supporting evidence required for the preparation of your tax return.
