Nicola Crispino new head of the “tax dispute resolution” department of Rödl & Partner Italy

Milan, May 2019: Rödl & Partner announces the arrival of a new Of Counsel, Nicola Crispino, senior tax attorney. Nicola is highly specialized in tax and criminal disputes, international disputes, Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) and Advance Pricing Agreements (APA). He will lead the Tax Dispute Resolution department of Rödl & Partner Italy, which will also include the tax attorney Alice Misani.

Nicola Crispino, who has three degrees in legal, economic and international disciplines, assisted clients at Baker & McKenzie for over 10 years operating in the digital economy and in TMT, fashion, financial, automotive, pharmaceutical and oil industries. Previously, Nicola Crispino was a Senior Official of the Guardia di Finanza, as well as a member of the working groups of the European Commission on VAT, carousel frauds and administrative cooperation, and a representative of the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance at the Committee of the UN Convention against Corruption.

Alice Misani completed her professional training at the law firm Baker & McKenzie, where she has worked with Nicola Crispino, specialising in tax and international litigation.
